New management at Döllken Profiles

Martina Baden heads Döllken Profiles GmbH and the new Business Unit "Profiles" of SURTECO SE.

Over the past two years, the SURTECO Group has worked intensively on realigning the strategy of the Group as a whole. To ensure successful implementation of this strategy, a new organization came into force on 1.1.2023 in which the business of Döllken Profiles GmbH and the subsidiaries will in future be combined in the Business Unit "Profiles".

"We are very pleased to be able to implement an important structural and generational change with the new organisation at SURTECO level and the arrival of Martina Baden as Managing Director of Döllken Profiles GmbH and to be able to position Döllken Profiles for the future. We would also like to thank Mr. Schwab and Mr. Breuning from the bottom of our hearts for their outstanding performance over the last few years and are very pleased to hand over the baton to Mrs. Baden, who will seamlessly continue the impressive development of Döllken Profiles GmbH", said Wolfgang Moyses (CEO SURTECO Group).

Ms. Baden looks back on more than 11 years of experience in transformation and strategic realignment in the plant engineering and automotive sectors of the thyssenkrupp Group. With her performance-oriented approach and strategic perspective, the passionate sailor has extensive experience and will bring this to bear in implementing the strategy of Döllken Profiles.
