The Bönen site is regarded by Döllken Profiles GmbH and its customers as the origin and home of the successful core skirting boards. For over 50 years, namely since 1972, this type of skirting has been further developed and produced at the site, initially by Schock & Co. GmbH, have been further developed and produced at the site.
The activities of Döllken Profiles in Gladbeck were completely relocated to Bönen in 2020 as part of the consolidation of logistics and administration. Since the beginning of 2021, Döllken Profiles has successfully started operations in the expanded main plant in Bönen and moved into its old and new home. 
On an additional 10,000 m² of space, the Bönen plant has not only taken logistics to a completely new level, but ten new production lines have also been installed in the space that was freed up. The employees at the Bönen plant produce our proven classics such as core baseboards and technical profiles as well as innovative products for Döllken Lighting.

The Döllken Profiles Eventcenter is located in the immediate vicinity of our headquarters in Bönen. The building covers over 300 m² and is part of an old estate. We have set ourselves the goal of improving long-term customer relationships and creating greater awareness of our company and our products through personal customer contact. With our customer and craftsman events, we offer you a comprehensive all-round experience with training, a supporting program and a guided tour of the company. Skirting boards and other plastic profiles have been extruded in Grammetal, Thuringia, since 1991. Döllken took over Kunststoff GmbH Weimar, which emerged from VEB Ausbau after reunification, and bundled its activities in the skirting board sector here. In 1998, Döllken Weimar GmbH moved into the new building in the U.N.O. industrial estate and set up the company's headquarters there. The company started with 12 extrusion lines and around 70 employees. The plant currently produces several thousand kilometers of plastic profiles per year. Production focuses on the areas of hard, soft and foam extrusion.

In Dunningen, on the edge of the Black Forest, the site produces exclusively customer-specific profiles for a wide range of industries, as well as roller shutter systems for the office furniture industry. The main areas of expertise at our site in Dunningen lie in individual production technology, material selection and assembly in order to be able to fully meet the respective customer requirements. Over the years, we have built up a wide-ranging customer base in the construction industry, electrical engineering, commercial vehicle construction, air conditioning technology and commercial refrigeration units segments. Customers appreciate our flexibility, customer proximity, fast project implementation times and consistent quality.

The Polish branch was founded in 1997 under the name Döllken & Praktikus Sp. z.o.o.. The current site is located in a modern logistics center in Sosnowiec and comprises 430 m² of office space and 1800 m² of warehouse space. In addition to Döllken products, we offer MDF profiles, aluminum profiles, solid wood and laminate underlays. We supply almost 20 countries from our warehouse for Eastern and Southern Europe, including Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia, Greece, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Lithuania, Latvia, Macedonia, Mongolia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Ukraine, Hungary and Uzbekistan.

With three production sites, Nenplas Limited is a leading supplier of plastic extrusion in the UK. The company operates a number of production lines in Ashbourne, Stourport-on-Severn and Kettering. Core competencies include plastics extrusion, in-house material compounding, tooling, secondary processes and a comprehensive logistics network. Nenplas serves industries such as caravan and module construction, construction, electronics and transportation. The focus is on flexible, customized solutions and the highest quality standards. Polyplas Extrusions Limited was founded almost 30 years ago by Graham and Helen Tidman and began with two extrusion lines. Today the company is based in a modern production facility completed in 2006. In 2013, the founders sold the company to the Nenplas Group, which has been part of the listed Surteco SE since 2016. Polyplas offers a comprehensive service package from design and toolmaking to delivery and meets the highest quality standards (BS EN ISO 9001:2015). Polyplas focuses on customized plastic profiles, supplemented by standard profiles such as seals and angles. Customers include various industries, including construction, electronics, leisure, transportation and medical technology.
